Wells lives and works in a place where advocacy intersects with disability. In addition to her work with AbleTalks, Wells works one-on-one as a mentor for families and young adults with autism, maintains a clinical counseling practice, and collaborates with policy makers to craft nationwide peer mentoring policies, advocating strongly for young people with disabilities. Most importantly, Wells is a proud Mom to two incredible women.
